Aerojet Rocketdyne Analyst, Program Planning and Control (Project Scheduler / Master Planner) in Orlando, Florida

Overview

Aerojet Rocketdyne Coleman Aerospace is seeking a Project Scheduler/Master Planner for it's Orlando, FL location.

The Project Scheduler/Master Planner will work closely with technical experts, project leads and project managers in creating, managing and analyzing project schedules and associated performance metrics.

Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each)

50% - Responsible for program planning and scheduling as well as schedule tracking, analysis, maintenance and reporting

10% - Interface with Control Account Managers, customer, subcontractors, project managers, contracts, senior technical personnel, and senior management to track and report schedule progress

10% - Responsible for working with program management staff to develop the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as required by contract

10% - Creation of detailed program schedules on assigned program(s); identify and monitor the Program Critical Path, and maintain Earned Value metrics for the Program Schedule

10% - Assist in the development and analysis of schedules for proposals

10% - Work with Program Management staff to ensure cost/schedule integration is maintained per industry standards

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and at least three (3) years of experience in a directly related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Extensive MS Project and Milestone Pro knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge and experience with SRA tools (e.g. Full Monte, Risk+)

  • IMS critical path analysis and experience in supporting government program/project management ANSI 748 compliance requirements

  • Good presentation, communication, and training skills

  • EVMS trained with Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) experience
